Returns

 

If you made your purchase online, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

For the return to be accepted, the garment must be:

unused, in perfect condition, in its original packaging, and with its hygiene seal intact.

For hygiene reasons, returns of products whose hygiene seal has been removed will not be accepted, nor will garments that have been used, washed, altered, or returned in conditions other than the original.

Once the garment has been received and inspected, we will confirm the approval of the return by email. If applicable, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
