Returns

 

If you made your purchase online, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

For the return to be accepted, the garment must be:

unused, in perfect condition, with its original packaging, and with its hygiene seal intact.

For hygiene reasons, returns of products whose hygiene seal has been removed, or garments that have been used, washed, altered, or returned in conditions other than the original, will not be accepted.

Once the garment has been received and checked, we will confirm the approval of the return by email. If applicable, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Original shipping costs will not be refundable, except in the case of a defective product or an error in the order.
